        In order to upload to the system you must click on the upload
        icon found on the "Files" menu. The system will prompt you
        for the path and name ON YOUR SYSTEM where it can find the
        file(s) you wish to upload. Once you have filled in the re-
        quired information click on the "DONE" button and the two
        systems will take care of the file transfer. When finished,
        the system will prompt you for a one line description of the
        file(s) you uploaded. Please be as decriptive as possible.

        The system will then adjust your settings accordingly. If you
        have any further questions please leave a comment to the SysOp
        or download ACCESS.ZIP.
