RASCAN BUG REPORT

     10/3/93   Would always report Area # 0 in log when updating entire
               File Data Base.   FIXED

     10/2/93   Would exit improperly when processing imbedded archives.
               FIXED

     10/10/93  Would delete files in directory where RASCAN was placed when
               not properly setup. FIXED

     10/10/93  Would not unpack archives when DIZ was not in the command line.
