Bug Fix.

Some minor bug fixes.
Input fields:
   Will now delete to end-of-line if first keypress is not cursor movement.
   Ctrl-S saves input field.
   Took out [Enter to save, any other key to Edit].
   Fixed edit of filename, would not correctly justify it.
   Edit of file size now is right justified.
Offline:
   Files can be moved offline.
   OFFLINE is placed in file size field.
DOS Programs:
   Shell to Dos is now DOS programs. 
   Brings up menu of External programs, which are configurable.
   +f will be converted to pathname/highlited file.
Verify:
   Will now check to see if commas are correctly placed.
   If file is not found on disk, you can mark it offline.
   Added file count to global verify.
   Speeded up verify option.
Copy/Move:
   Displays percentage moved.
On-line help:
   Now available in input fields.
   Slightly modified.
Sort:
   Displays 'Sorting...' on global sort.
   Added option to Sort Date by Ascending or Descending.
Rename file:
   Added reName file.
Tag:
   After tagging a file, it will now cursor down one.

SFFILES.BBS
   If the SFFILES.BBS ( or appropriate filename ) is not found,
      you will be given the option to create it.
   Will now correctly load sffiles.bbs over 64K.
   Displays 'Loading: 1' on load.

SFFAM.BBS
   Defines file areas not defined by SF.
   Mainly for use with external CD-ROM programs.

Adds Ctrl-Z when saving SFFILES.BBS
    This is to prevent probems with SFCHKUP appending the new sffiles.bbs

Configuration and Change BBS directory can now be run from main.

Headers can be created for the SFFILES.BBS.
