    Upgrade Information For Welcome For Spitfire From v1.0 or 2.0 to 2.6

Step 1 - Backup your old version of Welcome (Just for Saft keeping!)

Step 2 - Delete all of your old version!     

Step 3 - Unzip the new version of Welcome.

Step 4 - Run the new copy of "SETUP.EXE" to create NEW configuration
         files

If you are upgrading from 2.6 please read the 'HISTORY.TXT' file and
then use welsf26.exe (no other upgrade needed)

Notes

1 -  There is now four versions of "Welcome".

     Welcome 2.5 For Spitfire
     Welcome PRO For Spitfire
     Welcome 1.0 For Door.sys
     
     Welcome PRO will be complete soon.  It offers the same features
     of Welcome 2.5 but has several added.

     - Private File Downloads
     - Optional "Birthday Gift" system for users calling on their
       birthday
     - Special allert of callers YOU would like to konw have loged
       on
     - Optiona "WELCOME.LOG' showing 
        - Private file transfers
        - allert attemps

     As of right now a release date for Welcome PRO has been made. All 
     current Welcome Users will be able to upgrade to the PRO version
     for a small upgrade fee.
