           Changed code that prevented some modems from initializing

           Fixed other various and sundry bugs.
           Added default Upload directory, Personal drectories, security 
       levels for Downloading, file Typing (displaying), Personal and 
       Public message entry. Added support for 57.6K and 115K bps rates. 
       Selectable IRQ support. Added features to registered version: 
       increased users to 100 and file transfer count to 20, added 
       screensaver, local sound disable, and recent activity info.
