                DayFlo TRACKER ANNOUNCES "LITE" VERSION
                New offering made available through Shareware


         IRVINE, CA, August, 1993 -- DayFlo TRACKER Corp., the innovative 
         Personal Information Management Software Company announced the 
         release of a "Lite" version of its award-winning program.  

         DayFlo TRACKER Lite allows users to keep track of all the 
         information they work with daily including clients, prospects, 
         articles, tasks, notes, correspondence, follow-ups and more.  
         Using variable length fields it allows for both structured 
         information such as names, addresses and phone numbers, as well 
         as text information such as notes, comments, descriptions, etc.  
         With its integrated word processor, users can write and merge 
         form letters, organizing and indexing them for later retrieval.  
         And, DayFlo TRACKER Lite includes a report generator, and a 
         library of forms and reports - all which can be tailored to the 
         users needs.

         growing contact management market and at users requiring textual 
         data such as research information, article abstracts, and other

         textual capabilities.  DayFlo TRACKER Lite is file compatible 
         with the DayFlo TRACKER Professional series single and multi-user 
         versions and is priced at $65.00.

         Shareware market including data list vendors and vertical 
         applications.  Application templates for search/personnel, 
         abstracting and patient tracking will be made available in the 
         4th quarter through Shareware.
