Make a copy of your data files before running this program on them ! 

This program will rename your old  

                SCANLIST files to SCANLIS3 files,
                TYPESERV files to TYPESER3 files,  
                AREASERV files to AREASER3 files,
                LICENSEE files to LICENSE3 files,  
                COUNTIES files to COUNTIE3 files,
                TRANCITY files to TRANCIT3 files,  
                CALLCODE files to CALLCOD3 files,
                STATES   files to STATE3   files,      
                SCANNERS files to SCANNER3 files,  
                SCANFREQ files to SCANFRE3 files.  

When the  conversion  program  has completed its job,  then  you may
want to delete all the ???????3.???  files.  The remaining files are 
your data files that are ready for Scanner Manager Release 5.0.

You should have the files : 

                SCANLIST
                INFOFILE
                CALLCODE
                SCANNERS
                SCANFREQ
