This is a demo copy of the Arcadia "Workplace Companion"
which was sent to me by the people at Arcadia, Inc.  It is
a later version than the one I got earlier from your Bulletin
Board.  It combines a clock/calendar with a 'phone directory,
dialer, note taker, appointment scheduler and alarm system.
I have since purchased the commercial version and consider
it a bargain.
