Talking Clock is a PM based application for OS/2 2.1 GA
It requires MMPM/2.

Install this application and the supplied WAV files into
a subdirectory (the WAV files must be in the same directory
as the executable) and set it up as a WPS object.

TC can start minimized (use the argument: min)

Talking clock is non-crippled shareware. After a reasonable
evaluation period you are expected to register.
