Support sites, support echo and registration sites. --------------------------------------------------- Because timEd is becoming quite popular, there are lots of users. And lots of users have lots of questions and problems. Up to now, I have tried to support the product in several echomail areas of other products, and through netmail. This is, however, becoming a very time consuming job. Apart from that, netmail doesn't always arrive at it's destination :-( So, I think it would be much better to support my product by using a special echomail area for this goal. It will be an international echomail area called ARTWARE: "Support for timEd, WIMM & NetMgr". Right now, the echo can be picked up from the following sites: The Netherlands: ---------------- Contrast BBS, 2:281/527 Usenet: art@beard.nest.nl V32bis SysOp: Gerard van Essen * Delmare * 2:500/133 V32bis, ZyXEL 19.2 SysOp: ROn van.der.Nagel KU-EL Tel 2:285/70 V32bis, HST 14.4 SysOp: Frank Troost Care Net Holland 2:281/514 V32bis, ZyXEL 19.2 SysOp: Kees Visser United States of America: ------------------------- Higher Ground 1:138/211 V32bis, ZyXEL SysOp: Evin Mulron (This site supports the magic filenames TIMED & TIMEDP for the latest versions) WME Online! 1:203/7707 Usenet: jfesler@wmeonlin.scabbx.com V32bis SysOp: Jason Fesler All sites mentioned above will always have the latest version of my programs available. What I would like: Sites in all other countries worldwide! :-) If you are willing to regularly pick up ARTWARE and make it available to anyone who wants it, please contact one of the sites above. PLEASE HELP. It will allow me to support my products much better than before! Support & Registration sites ---------------------------- Support ------- What I would also like, is the creation (worldwide) of several support sites for my products. These sites should always have the latest versions of my products available, and the SysOp should offer support for these products as well. Especially if the ARTWARE support echo is not available in a certain country, the existence of a support site could give the users easy access to product support. If you are an experienced user of my products, and are willing to support them in your country, please let me know! Apart from my own BBS in The Netherlands, both sites in the USA (mentioned above) are willing to provide support to anyone who is in trouble. If you are in the USA (or Canada), contacting them might be much quicker than trying to get hold of me. Registration ------------ Likewise, it should be easy for a user to register. Registration sites in various countries can make this easier for the user who is willing to register. If you are willing to act as a registration site in your country, which means: taking registrations, doing the paper work, accepting checks, money transfers (and maybe even credit cards), please contact me.
