Notes on running Weather Board for OS/2
     ----------------------------------------

     Weather Board for OS/2 is a 16 bit, protected mode, character based
     program.  It it not Presentation Manager or VIO compatible.  That means
     it has to run in its own screen group under OS/2.  So regardless of
     whether you run the program as an event, or from the Workplace Shell,
     you must have it set up to run in full screen mode under all versions
     of OS/2.

     This version of Weather Board was developed under OS/2 2.0 and has been
     tested under 2.0 and 2.1.  It should run on OS/2 versions as far back
     as 1.2, but I can't verify this.  If you're running version 1.x, you'll
     have to experiment.
