This is a class which allows your C++ Windows applications to use member
functions as callback functions.

It is provided as a DLL with a .LIB file for link time.  The .H file must
be used during compile time of course.

I have included the documentation in two forms.  The primary form is the 
.DOC file which is a Word document.  I also exported it to a *.WRI file
for those without Word.  However, the export is not as perfect as I would
have liked
