Danny Sosebee (the sysop of Phoenix StarFighter BBS) grants a special access
level (extra time and higher download limit) to registered users of RkPlus
(as well as other Serious Cybernetics shareware).

If you have already registered RkPlus, simply print PHOENIX.FRM, fill it out 
and mail it to the address on the form for immediate access.  Alternately, you 
can call the BBS itself and post a message to the system operator.  Once your 
registration has been confirmed, you will receive special access.

If you are registering RkPlus, you may fill out PHOENIX.FRM and send it with 
your registration form and fee.  Once your registration is confirmed, you will 
receive special access.
