WinFax PRO supports most popular Class 1, Class 2, CAS, and SendFax 
modems. This document lists the fax/modems that are compatible with 
WinFax PRO 3.0 (as of the Document Date, above). If you require

 [1] Firmware must be v1.06 or later for the Premium Exec Notebook
     386SX20.

 [2] Firmware must be v2.77 or later for the Compucomm Combo
     fax/modem.

 [3] Firmware must be v2.9 or later to support high resolution faxing
     with the GVC FM9696H fax/modem.

 [4] Firmware must be v249 or later for the IBM fax/modem in the
     L40SX laptop.

 [5] Firmware must be v2.9 or later to support high resolution faxing
     with the ID9624 series fax/modems.

 [6] All Intel internal fax/modems listed work with WinFax PRO 3.0 on
     a network using the Intel NET SatisFAXtion solution.

 [7] The Intel Connection Coprocessor is BABT approved in the United
     Kingdom.

 [8] Do not load the Intel CAS software for the Intel SatisFAXtion
     100 or 400e fax/modems. Specify the fax/modem as Class 1 when
     you install WinFax.

 [9] Using firmware revision v2.0, you cannot send or receive in
     WinFax with the MaxFax 9624LT-C, 9624LT-C/386, and 9624LT-T.

[10] Firmware revisions prior to v1.23 may have to be updated to work
     properly on Toshiba notebooks with a T324FM fax/modem.

[11] With the MultiModem MT1432 MU, you must set the Speaker Mode to
     Off in the WinFax PRO Fax/Modem Setup dialog.

[12] Firmware must be v3.2 or later for the WorldPort 2496 HLF
     fax/modem.
