If WinFax does not support your scanner, or it is not TWAIN compliant, perform the following to fax scanned images using WinFax. 1. Scan your documents using a Windows scanning program with print capabilities, such as DeskScan II. 2. Set up your scanning program to print to the WINFAX printer option. 3. Print the scanned image. 4. When the WinFax PRO Send Fax dialog appears, fill in the details and send the fax. Note: If you use a DOS scanning program, or a Windows scanning program that does not have print capabilities, you may still be able to fax scanned images. Export the scanned images in .PCX format from your scanning program, then load the .PCX files into Microsoft Paintbrush or another Windows graphics package. You can then print the .PCX files ot WinFax to send your fax.
