Subject: "Error Locating Group Record" When Sending Group Faxes

Situation:
==========
When sending a fax to a recipient group, the message "Error locating 
group member record" appears in WinFax.

Solution:
=========
This error occurs when one or more recipient records in the group has a 
first name of 15 characters, which is the maximum number of characters 
allowed in the First Name field.

Edit all recipient records with first names of 15 characters, deleting at 
least one character from the name.

Note:   Changing the number of characters in the Last Name field has no 
        effect on this problem.
