Subject: "Phonebook Error - 31"

Situation:
==========
The message "Phonebook Error - 31" appears when sending a fax (opening 
the WinFax PRO Send Fax dialog). You can click on OK to clear the 
message, and run WinFax or send a fax without difficulty.

Solution:
=========
To prevent the message from appearing, ensure that a default phonebook 
is specified at all times. To select a default phonebook:

1.  Pull down the Phonebook menu and select Phonebook List.

2.  Select a phonebook from the list.

3.  Click on Set Default.

4.  Click on Close to save the change and exit the Phonebook List dialog.

    If you cannot open one of your phonebooks, use the Add option to add 
    the phonebook using a different name. For details on adding a 
    phonebook, see Chapter 4 of the WinFax PRO User's Guide.
