You can install Desktop Assistant from either the DOS command line, or from within Windows. At the command line, change to the directory where the decompressed files are, and type SETUP. This will start Windows and proceed with the installation. From within Windows, select "Run" from the "File" menu. Type in the path name where the decompressed files are, followed by SETUP. For example, if the files are in a directory named C:\MYDIR, type in C:\MYDIR\SETUP. If you find this program to be of value and continue to use it, please register your copy. If registrations are received, shareware will continue to remain an inexpensive alternative to commercial software. If not, it isn't worth the programmers time and effort to continue writing shareware programs.
