Micro-Clock is a digital clock that includes an animated 
file dumper for File Manager.  It always stays on top, and 
is positioned just inside the Min-Max controls of a 
program that's maximized.

Requires Windows 3.1 and VBRUN300.DLL.

You can put Micro-Clock in your startup group so it will 
run when you start Windows.  To close the clock, just click 
on it.
