VB ICON BROWSER DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION

The UNREGISTERED version of VB Icon Browser may be freely
distributed as long as the following requirements are followed:

1) None of the VB Icon Browser files are modified.
2) All files listed in the FILES.TXT file are distributed.
3) Any organization paying royalties on any product or has paid
   any fee for the right to distribute any product must obtain
   written permission from Valley Programming to distribute VB
   Icon Browser.
4) No more than $5.00 may be charged for the distribution of VB
   Icon Browser without written permission from Valley
   Programming.
5) Any media (catalog, flier, disk catalog, ad, etc.) which VB Icon
   Browser is advertised in must be mailed to Valley Programming
   within 30 days after distribution.
6) No files are added without the written permission of Valley
   Programming.

The REGISTERED version of VB Icon Browser may not be distributed
without the written permission of Valley Programming.
