Schematic Plus Test Version 0.2

This is released for suggestions and trial.  Not all the features are
implemented.  Note, when first executed, change the Library Path to a 
place where you want to store components and circuits.  Sorry, no deleting
on library editing yet.  Also, be sure and save components with a .cmp
extension and circuits with a .sch extension.  

I plan on adding ellipses to the modify library and deleting.  Also, only
capital characters are used for Identifiers [I will make it turn lower case
to upper].  Place nodes on grid squares of even 6 [also 0].  The snap is
set up at 6 so failure to place nodes here, [i.e. on 0,37 instead of 0,36]
will cause a misalignment in nodes.

Metafiles will have more support, right now, the file is written to metafile.wmf
and should be a true metafile.  Printing will be added.

Use left button in placing and right in rotating.  Click on component to
move it.  Wires are CTRL-W.  

Please give suggestions and bug reports.

I plan to make this a schematic drawer which can be put into reports.  Later,
I will make it solve circuits using basic components.

Also, if you want to create components [that work], anyone doing so will 
receive a dollar off the registration fee [up to $10].  The components you
create must have the proper standard identifier [R for resistor, L for 
Inductor ....].  They must also conform to the 6 multiple node rule.  You
can even do digital logic, motors, generators, or whatever.
