SOUND MANAGER
Installation instructions:

To install Sound Manager, simply place SNDMGR.EXE
and ABOUT.WAV into the directory where you keep 
your WAV files.  Copy the file CTRL3D.DLL into
the Windows\system directory (make sure you don't
already have it, if you do you can delete this
copy of it).

Create an icon for it in Program Manager or the
shell you use and you're done.  There's no muss,
no fuss.
