Changed name from Zippity Do Da to Visual Zip.

Added child forms.

Added ability to extract files from a zip.

Fixed help file so user can search, and so
that the history feature worked correctly.

Fixed problem of not being able to associate
Visual Zip with .zip files using File Manager,
due to File Manager always wanting to keep
control of the file path.

Changed all references of VZIP to longer
name of Visual Zip.

Added Setup program to make it easier for users 
to install Visual Zip.

Added "Now Reading File" statement into list box
before the listing of files in a zip takes place
in the extraction screen. Just to try to let users
know something is happening when they click a file.

Changed the About message.

Added button bar and status bar, as mouse goes
over each button, that buttons action is
displayed in the status bar.
