UPGRADING FROM VERSION 1.X 
 
        If you have version 1.x of NoteWare, follow these steps to 
        install version 3.0: 
 
        1.  Unload NoteWare by typing NOTEWARE /U. 
        2.  Rename your NOTEWARE.DTA file to NOTEWARE.OLD. 
        3.  Delete the other NoteWare 1.x files. 
        4.  Copy the NoteWare 3.0 files to the directory where 
            NOTEWARE.OLD is.  For example:  COPY A:*.*  C:\NOTEWR 
        5.  Run the program UPGRADE. 
        6.  Delete NOTEWARE.OLD. 
 
 
                        UPGRADING FROM VERSION 2.X 
 
        If you have version 2.x of NoteWare, follow these steps to 
        install version 3.0: 
 
        1.  Unload NoteWare by typing NOTEWARE /U. 
        2.  Rename your NOTEWARE.DTA file to NOTEWARE.OLD. 
        3.  Delete the other NoteWare 2.x files. 
        4.  Copy the NoteWare 3.0 files to the directory where 
            NOTEWARE.OLD is.  For example:  COPY A:*.*  C:\NOTEWR 
        5.  Run the program UPGRADE2. 
        6.  Delete NOTEWARE.OLD.
