NinnyNet Policies

1) Must have a dedicated phone line.
2) Must operate 24 hours a day {exception for maintenance}.
3) No "CLOSED" type boards.
4) Must be willing to pull mail at least TWICE a week {hardware failure
   excepted}.
5) Must post NinnyNet rules.
6) If a NODE does not carry all the conferences a listing of all conferences
   must be posted on the board for users to see.
8) All boards must carry the NET ADMIN,  and MODERATORS conference.
9) No board may charge for NinnyNet.
10) Please post the inclosed ansi/ascii screens for the net on your
   BBS in the form of a login screen, or a bulletin.
