XT Registration

     XT is just one of a set of programs designed for the CP-290 Computer 
     Interface. As the author of these utilities, I have decided to share 
     these programs with other users. There are two versions of these 
     programs: Registered, and Shareware. 

     Shareware versions display an unobtrusive message each time you 
     use the program in an effort to remind you to register this program.
     Certain features have been disabled from the shareware version. 
     Registration will restore all features of the program, as well
     as provide you with the latest update, and an opportunity to voice 
     your suggestions for new product features. 
     
     The current registration fee for new users is $25.00. This fee entitles 
     you to receive the latest registered version of XT, and one future 
     update as they become available. You will also receive a printed copy 
     of the XT User's Guide and Reference manual. Complete the following 
     information, and mail it along with a check or money order for $25.00. 

     If you already are a registered user and the terms of this agreement have 
     been met (you received the specified upgrades), you may obtain the latest 
     "registered" version of XT by sending in this form with payment.
     You may select from one of the following options:
        1)  $5.00 - Floppy Disk Only (specify 3.5" or 5.25)
        2) $10.00 - Floppy Disk and Printed User's Manual
