Read this license agreement before installing this program.  This
agreement is a legal contract between you, the end user, and
Moobasi, Inc. ("Moobasi") governing your use of this software
program ("Software").  Completing this installation indicates
your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  This agreement
shall also be binding on any subsequent, authorized licensee.  If
you do not wish to agree to the terms of this agreement, hit D at
the end of this license to negate the license.  You should
promptly return the software then, and your money will be
refunded.  This Software is copyrighted 1994 by Moobasi, Inc.

                             LICENSE

Moobasi grants you the right to use the Software on any computer
system, granted that no effort is made to modify, destroy, or
otherwise change the copyright notice or any credits.  You may
copy the Software.  The new recipient of the Software and
accompanying materials accepts this Agreement and is licensed
under the terms of this Agreement upon initially using the
Software.

             LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Moobasi warrants the diskette(s) on which the Software is
furnished, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date
of the invoice.  Moobasi will replace, at no charge, defective
media and product materials that are returned within ninety (90)
days from the date of the invoice.  If you report, in writing, a
significant defect to Moobasi, and Moobasi is unable to correct
it within ninety (90) days of the date you report the defect, you
may return the Software and accompanying materials and Moobasi
will refund the purchase price.  By typing A to agree to this
agreement when prompted, you agree that the only remedy available
to you will be a refund of the purchase price of this Software.

Except as expressly set forth above, the Software is provided to
you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  In no
event will Moobasi be liable to you for any damages, whether
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the
use or inability to use the Software, even if Moobasi has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.  Some jurisdictions
do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties or the
exclusion or limitation or liability as specified herein.  In
this event, the maximum exclusions permitted under applicable law
will be deemed to apply.

below, promptly return the Software, and your money will be
refunded.
