About the Author

               Adam Starchild can occassionally be persuaded
          to take time off from his private entrepreneurship
          activities to write.  During these interludes he
          has written over a dozen published books and
          hundreds of magazine articles, primarily on
          international business and finance.  Four of his books
          have been on tax havens, the earliest in 1978, and the
          most recent in 1993.  His articles have a appeared in
          a wide range of publications  around the world --
          including Euromoney, International Living,
          The Futurist, Tax Planning International,
          Trusts & Estates, and many more.
