Not all files are present.  If you have a backup,
                use it as most likely some data has been lost.
                If you do not have a useable backup:

                Change to the \EZMONEY Directory. (cd \ezmoney)
                Delete only the ALPHA.DBF file.  (del alpha.dbf)

                Then, Re-Install and Re-start the system.  That
                should get you the main files you need.   One or
                more may be empty of data.

                Then, Stop, Re-install, and Re-start again to update.
