Thank you for downloading The Schryver's Mortgage Manager program.
 
This program is very flexible in the sense that you can specify how
the interest is compounded and you can use varying payments and
interest options.  There is a special feature in this program which
allows you to calculate investment earnings as well.
 
This program is equipped to store each mortgage, loan and
investment calculation.  The number of files that can be stored is
only limited by your disk space.
 
This program was designed with ease of use in mind.  On the menu
screens, there are instructions and helpful hints to guide you
through proper calculations.
 
 
HOW THIS PROGRAM DIFFERS FROM MANY OTHERS
 
Similar programs use approximating formulas to calculate payments
and terms, but this program does a true calculation.  This program
will use an iterative formula.  It will calculate a payment amount
to an accuracy of 0.001.
 
 
VARYING PAYMENTS, VARYING INTEREST RATES AND FILE CALCULATION
STORAGE
 
Varying payments, varying interest rates and file storage takes
place in the following main menu options:
 
                    Amortization Calculator
                    Amortization Chart
                    Investment Earnings
 
In these 3 options, you will be able to store each calculation in
a file as well as choose varying payments and interest rates.
If you are unsure on how your lending institute calculates its
mortgages, please check with them so you can enter the right
figures in this program

We will soon be working on the Windows version of this program with
quite a few enhancements.  If you register this copy, you can get
