VEHICLE COSTS (V2.2)

A Program to record the cost of  running and maintaining a motor vehicle

Vehicle Costs allows entry and retrieval of information related to the purchase, repair,
service, and running costs associated with the operation of motor vehicles.

It provides display or hard copy of records by category, by selected item name 
(ie. Tyres, oil, spark plugs etc) or total amounts by category over a specified range of years.

You can maintain records of fuel purchases and consumption per tank full. The program also 
automatically averages the last ten fills to show any decrease in performance , Thereby 
indicating a need for repair or maintenance.  A yearly report of total fuel cost,
volume purchased, distance travelled, and average figures for consumption, cost per mile/Km,
and price per Gallon/Litre is included.

A notepad feature is available for recording trip or service details or anything else related
to the operation and maintenance of your vehicle. This feature includes the ability to enter, 
edit, view and print notes. 

A yearly report of all items other than fuel gives a  cost by category per year for all 
expenditure incurred in the operation of the vehicle. A seperate report covers fuel and
distance totals and averages. Files for multiple vehicles may be maintained without 
exiting the program.
