Fixed a problem having to do with Am/Pm not showing correctly
when the time was 12 am. It was being displayed as 00 for both
Am/Pm and Military. 

Increased the amount of time between position moves on the 
screen. Went from 5 seconds between moves to 10 seconds between
moves.
