ARLX034 Earthwinds update
 
The Earthwinds-Hilton Trans-Global circumnavigation manned balloon
project expects to launch the Earthwinds Balloon from Stead Field,
Reno, Nevada, on Saturday, December 17 at 1500Z, 0700 PST.
 
The initial trajectory after launch will carry the balloon to the
east northeast at about 45 knots.  After about 12 hours the track
will veer to the southeast and ground speeds will increase to about
65 knots.
