Hello

This is a collection of 930 recipes for the diabetic person with the
most of the exchanges with them. On the Home_Cooking Echo a nice human,
Nancy Coleman has been posting recipes from a periodical call Southern
Living.  Many of her vegetable recipes have been very useful for the
diabetic. About the 30 of the 930 recipes have not had the exchanges
figured out. I am sorry for the inconvence.  I do hope that you 
enjoy them as much as I have as a diabetic.  Enjoy and be healthly.
You may have to unzip these on your harddrive in order to load them
in to the Meal-Master, it is over 1,000
