Tips for Handling and Releasing Fish
      ------------------------------------
      
   1. Wet hands before touching fish.
   
   2. Avoid playing and handling fish excessively.
   
   3. Hold firmly, but don't squeeze the fish or put your
      fingers in its gills.
      
   4. Never pull a hook from the fish's throat or stomach;
      cut the line and let the hook disintegrate with time.
      
   5. Use a hook disgorger or needlenose pliers to unhook
      fish - back the hook out.  Gently release fish in
      quiet water.
