Both programs are "Relational" databases.

        Both  programs allow the user to print reports to a dot matrix
        or laser printer. From within the program you  can  print  the
        entire  database,  you  can print 1-up or 3-up labels, you can
        print a telephone list, you can print all of the vendors for a
        certain product, and you can even print a  list  by  telephone
        area  code  if  you want to know all of the vendors who are in
        your own area. You can tag  certain  vendors  and  print  only
        those records.

        Both  programs  enable  the user to export straight ACSII text
        files or "," delimited ASCII files. This feature  enables  the
        user  to  easily append any updates we offer as well as enable
        you to export and import files to and from other  database  or
        spreadsheet software you might have.

        Both  programs  have  an  automatic  date  stamp that puts the
        current date in the date field any time you make a  change  to
        the vendor record.

        Both  programs  have  a  separate  field for the area code and
        phone number. This allows the user to export phone numbers  in
        a format that can be used in their fax phone directory.

        Users  can  instantly  locate any record by product, vendor, a
        user defined classification, city, state, area code, etc.

        Users can modify any record, add or delete records, etc.

        There is a notes page linked to every record. The user can add
        any notes they want to any record.

        There is a user defined field that enables the user to  select
        only  those  records. As an example, a code that indicates you
        have open account with the vendor could  be  entered  in  this
        field  and  you  could  instantly call up all vendors you have
        open account with.

        There are many other features, but the above are some  of  the
        major ones.
