Moving Up The Income Ladder
          
          
               As your business continues to grow, you can move
          up to become a Watkins marketing director.  There are
          various requirements regarding number of
          representatives recruited and total sales volume, but
          the promotion is not difficult to achieve for somebody
          making the effort.
               The income plan is similar, but the commission
          percentage can go as high as 61%, with a minimum of
          47%.
               To maintain director status, you must have an
          annual group retail volume in excess of $35,000.
