Annotate Menu

The Annotate menu

The Annotate menu includes the following items:

Annotate

Pops up the Annotate window to allow you to view your existing annotations or to enter a new annotation for the current document.

If you have previously annotated a document, the phrase Personal Annotations will appear at the end of the document.

Edit This Annotation

This pops up the NCSA Mosaic Annotate window to allow you to edit (or delete) the annotation currently being viewed. Note that this menu entry is only active when you are viewing an annotation.

Delete This Annotation

This deletes the annotation that is currently being viewed. Note that this menu entry is only active when you are viewing an annotation.
