Distribution of this archive is limited to ftp.cdrom.com,
ftp.informatik.tu-muenchen.de and their mirrors.  No charge of any
kind can be made for the distribution of this program excepting the
cost of the media on which it is contained and reasonable costs of
duplication.

The most recent copy of the the archive is always available on 
ftp.bbssys.net.  For some reason OS/2's ftpd dumps you into the
incoming directory, so the you have to CD .. to see where it is.  The
connection to bbssys.net is a 28.8k slip like, so there is not enough
bandwidth to support everyone, so please don't get it from here 
unless you are looking for a specific bug fix.  Thanks
