This program is freeware.

If you paid more than a few pennies for it, you've been hosed.

If you charge someone for it, you should feel guilty.

This program is distributed as-is with no warranties as to it's
ability or function.  Use it at your own risk.

This program was written so I could learn something about coding
notebook controls.  If it is useful to someone, all the better.
I find it handy for playing with mortgage variables.

All development was on a Microsoft-free platform using BCOS2 V1.0.
It has been tested on 1024x768 Trident 8900 SVGA ,XGA and
VGA only.

To install, simply type MORTINST and an icon will be created on
your desktop.  Mortgage Workbook does not touch the system .ini files.
It does create it's own called MORTBOOK.INI when run.
