THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES:
- a working TCP/IP (i.e. IBM TCP/IP or Warp's IAK).
- the EMX runtimes (found in
  file://hobbes.nmsu.edu/32bit/unix/emx08h/emxrt.zip)

This is an initial port of NcFTP 1.8.3, a highly-enhanced version of the 
'standard' FTP program. Its features include:

- more commands (msend, etc.)
- automatic per-site history of the directory you were last on
- automatic anonymous login
- automatic binary mode, etc.
- visual 'progress-meter' indication of transfer time, as well as ETA

The first beta didn't have a working mget or redir. This release fixes this.
Also, tempfiles generated are now compatible with FAT partitions (read
the README.OS2 file).

The second beta had a buggy 'lcd'. This is fixed.

The third beta didn't have full support of FAT filesystems (for get and
stuff), and had ugly error messages. This is fixed.
