        2.00 - First public release for the completely new NEF (OS/2 and
               DOS).

             - Added the <DEF> and <BAD> special tags for
               announcements.

             - Documented the NoAnnounce statement (already present in
               NEF v1.00).

             - Added the Tic processing and Link Robot sections.
