WARPedBMP is an update/enhancement to AutoBMP, by ATN Enterprises.
Any versions of AutoBMP, by ATN Enterprises that are now posted
should be removed and replaced by WARPedBMP.  The name has been
changed to reflect that the new version has enhanced OS/2 Warp
functions (WARPedBMP will still function with all previous versions
of OS/2 2.x).

Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may
post WARPedBMP for downloading by their users as long as
the entire contents of the WARPedBMP archive file provided by
ATN Enterprises is posted, complete with all licensing and
ordering files.  No additional promotional files or any other
type of information or files may be placed in or attached to
the WARPedBMP archive file.

Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
distribute copies of WARPedBMP subject to the above
conditions.
