How to upgrade to version 0.60

- IMPORTANT: Starting in version 0.60, the news base is incompatible with
  version 0.59 or older.  To convert an existing news base from the old
  format to the new format, run the cvt06 program.

- Replace the *.EXE and *.HLP files in your YARN directory with the ones
  from the new distribution.

- The aliases terminology is replaced with the term "address book".
  The default address book file is <home>\YARN\ADDRBOOK.  This file
  contains statements in the form

        <alias>=<addresses>

  where <alias> is the alias name and <addresses> is a list of one or
  more mail addresses.  You can specify an alternate address book file
  by setting

	address-book=<file>

  in the CONFIG file where <file> is the full path of the aliases file.
