    NON CREDIT CARD TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

    Payment may be made by cash equivalent of $24 in your currency.
    Please round off to an even amount, no coins.

    We will also take check, US POSTAL Money Order or International
    Money Order in USA funds drawn on a USA bank made out to James Tolliver

    Payment may be made by a check drawn on a non-USA bank.  Please make
    the payment in your LOCAL currency and add the equivalent of a $10.00
    (USA) surcharge to cover handling, currency exchange, and bank transfer
    costs.  This surcharge does NOT apply to bank checks which are written
    for USA funds with a USA bank named on the check.  Please allow several
