The sample fileasso shows how an single instance of an application can open 
multiple documents via file association. The Sample opens a MDI child Window 
and sets the title of the  child window to be the opened file name For a user 
to run see the sampls functionality has to first associate an extension with 
this application as described in the article.  There is also and fileasso.reg 
file with this sample.  A user must run regedit.exe fileasso.reg. This file 
adds the required association to the registry database. The extension used 
in this regirsty file is .riy.
