codes is for you only...

You CANNOT upload this file to America Online,
You CANNOT send EMAIL to people with these codes,
You CANNOT edit the Visual Basic file and upload it,
You CANNOT send EMAIL with junk, for we will notify 
            America Online of all EMAIL notes with
            `junk' or no-reason mail.
You CAN suggest the download to friends.
You CAN edit the Visual Basic file if you DON'T UPLOAD IT,
You CAN edit & send the edited VB file to WAOL.EXE ONLY IF YOU GIVE
            JWPC 1995 credit.  If you do this, you cannot include
            this text file.

If we get DOS requests in the JwpcWIN screen name, then the mainframe will
notify our workers to make it for Windows 3.11 and 4.0.

WINDOWS 4.0 NOTICE:

Windows 4.0 CHICAGO programming will begin next year,  2 weeks after the
true Version 4.00 CHICAGO is realeased.

We hope to have it by then!
