To Install this VBX package:

   1.  Copy the .VBX file into your windows \SYSTEM direcory,
       or another directory on your path.

   2.  Copy the Help file into your windows directory, or
       in the directory in which your Visual Basic
       project resides.

   3.  Use the "Add File" menu selection from Visual Basic's
       File menu to add the .VBX file to your project.
