good standing can distribute GROWIT providing the fee for the evaluation
disks does not exceed AUS$13.00 including postage and handling.

Vendors may sell the registered version by arrangement with ARK ANGLES.
Vendors are not required to have registered versions in stock.

Vendors who require future updates are requested to send a copy of their
catalogue to Innovative Thinking.  No updates will be sent to Vendors who do
not respond to this request.

  1. The charge for the program must not exceed $13.00 including postage and
     packing.

  2. Your distribution catalogue and advertisements must clearly show that
     GrowIt is a Copyrighted program and is not free.  It is distributed as
     Shareware for evaluation purposes.

  3. The distributor must supply all the files.  The addition of a GO.BAT or
     other Vendor File is acceptable.

  4. The program is not to be rented or leased.

  5. Vendors may sell the registered version by arrangement with ARK ANGLES.
