This package contains the MWPR - MEDLIN WINDOWS PAYROLL (Version 1.2),
by Jerry Medlin, MEDLIN ACCOUNTING SHAREWARE.  

If you've ever wished you could easily handle your payroll with a
Windows program, WITHOUT SPENDING TIME READING A MANUAL, then MWPR -
Medlin Windows Payroll is the program for you!  This program is very
quick and easy to use.

MWPR - Medlin Windows Payroll is a shareware program.  This evaluation
version includes all features of the program.  You may use it for up to
30 days, without charge (see MWPR.HLP for more details).  If you like
the program, and wish to continue its use after this evaluation period,
you are required to pay for the program. Any fee you may have paid to
others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this evaluation version
was a fee for their copying and distribution services, rather than a
payment for continued use of the program.

Detailed documentation is included in the package in the form of a 
Windows Help file or in the Windows Write file MWPR.WRI.  From Program 
Manager, double click on MWPR.WRI or MWPR.HLP.
